Wahini Snowboards are designed to be riden using a Stiff Telemark boot or and Alpine Carving Boot. The added stiffness to the boot allows the rider to get the board on edge and hold a consistent feel under foot. The stiffest Telemark boots available allow the heal of the rear foot to rise and fall as necessary to move the riders weight forward and back on the board, while still holding a stiff feel to the edge while tipping it over on it's side.
