This elevated original mounting 3 hole binding has been the workhorse of the industry since the beginning of the 1980's.  The traditional binding for the Telemark industry has stood  up  over 30 years of riding and skiing and still has a strong foothold in the industry.  We use this binding on the Wahini Series due to its ease of fitting boot sizes, tortionally rigid construction, and simplicity.  I  personally am a big fan of the Side mounted bales and springs.
